Migraine Awareness Month #26 – Men in Black: Neuralizer

How do you cope with the way Migraine/Headache Disorders can impact our memories?

What was the question again?  Ha ha, very not funny I know.  But really, it’s bad enough being at that stage in life my sister-in-law refers to as mentalpause, do I also have to worry about the Migraine impact on memory?

I’m a self confessed worry wart, but honestly, I try not to be overly concerned about something I have little to no control over.  Sure there’s the brain fog during and after Migraine, but that’s been prevalent since back in my college days when I probably didn’t inhale either (like that former U.S. President).  I just cut myself some slack and hope others will too.  If they know me they will.  If they don’t, then they’ll most likely tell me about the latest juice that’s sure to cure memory loss.  I’ll pass that right on along to you all as soon as they do.  😉

June 2013, Migraine and Headache Awareness Month, is dedicated to Unmasking the Mystery of Chronic Headache Disorder.
