What comfort foods do you reach for when you have a Migraine or Headache attack?
There are two favorites I always resort to during or after a moderate to severe Migraine attack. The first is a beverage – Coca-Cola. It’s just so soothing and seems to settle the queasiness that accompanies the attacks. The original Ritz Crackers are my other go-to comfort nourishment. That’s usually the first food I can tolerate with Coca Cola, and it fills that initial burst of hunger. Simple enough and I always have these products on hand.
