Migraine Awareness Month #24

Subtitle:  Dear Genie
Put together a wish list for your life

If the genie could grant me the wish of no more migraines or even less, then the other wishes would fall into place.

*To spend more meaningful time with family.

*To be able to take a “risk” everyday.  I read this in an article awhile ago.  By risk, the writer meant trying a new food, changing your travel route, doing something different, or just taking time to linger longer somewhere.

*To do ordinary things like seeing a loud movie or concert.

*To be more fully present in the moments of life.

*To be able to travel.

*To be able to work and feel productive again.

*To enjoy the simple things in life whenever the mood strikes such as singing out loud to music I love or enjoying any food or beverage again.

*World peace.  (Why not?)

National Migraine Awareness Month is initiated by the National Headache Foundation

About andreamarjulie

Just trying to navigate a life circumvented by chronic migraines. Sometimes I write about managing with those, but at other times I am prone to deviate a bit.
