Subtitle: Let’s Do the Monster Mash! Choose a movie monster that reminds you of your migraines and tell us why.
Confession: I don’t like monsters and have never been a big fan of scary movies. In fact, the very thought of a Frankenstein-like creature roaming through my brain cells is almost cause enough to give me a migraine. Tasmanian Devil is more my style, and he qualifies as a movie star because he was in Space Jam.
The way he turns almost tornado-like resembles how my migraines make me feel. I know the storm is on the horizon, and then it’s there uprooting me from everything familiar. It can turn my life upside down. Taz is devilish enough to cause mayhem, and he has a voracious appetite. When they occur, migraines seem to feed on the brain cells that are keeping me connected to the world. So, Tasmanian Devil, you may be a cartoon character, but you make plenty of mischief and mayhem much like the little monster inside my brain.
