Gamblers surround me in all varieties and not just in ethnic groups, ages or body types. There are different personalities which emerge during slot machine worship. Some are amusing, others puzzling and some a bit scary.
One distinct type is the screen waver. This person frantically waves his or her hand over the graphics onscreen. The fervidness increases during bonus play and may include fingernail tapping or blowing kisses. This person appears normal except for this strange behavior. Depending on the severity of a screen waver’s antics, I am either chuckling silently or edging my body away.
The disgruntled player will often pointedly tap the “repeat bet” key. Chances are this person is not very happy with the spins. Perhaps banging the button in utter hopelessness will bring about a lucrative result. But I have never witnessed that.
Most alarming is the angry gambler. Said person is furious with the slot machine. Angry gambler hammers roughly on keys, sometimes spewing f bombs. Apparently, this gambler is not in it for fun. And sometimes, he or she tries to wrestle control of the machine by stopping it before it automatically comes to a halt. Any gambler sitting next to this person cannot enjoy playing because the angry gambler is so loud, obvious and inrusive. People stay away and wisely so.
There is more to a casino then just games. Look around at others nearby. You might be surprised and come up your own observations and naming those gamblers. Enjoy./p>
